registration has now closed for 2022
Please ensure you have your wiaver signed by a church leader and payment completed
After completing the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM, you will need to have a Parent/Guardian of the Teen Camper sign the LEGAL WAIVER. Instructions for camp are also attached to the document and we ask that both Parent/Guardians and Teen Campers take the time to read the document in its entirety.
After signing the LEGAL WAIVER, hand in your form to your Church leader, whom thereafter will sign the waiver to show they approve of the campers attendance at the 2022 South Pacific Australia Teen Camp and then pass this completed form onto your Teen ministry leadership. The leaders will bring digital or hard copies of these waivers to camp with them.
