TEEN CAMP 2019
9 - 14 JANUARY
REGISTRATION
Please complete all pages of the '2019 South Pacific Australia Teen Camp Registration Form’ for each camper and leader attending the event.
Once completed we want all forms be handed in to your local ministry leadership, whom we are asking to sign off on all campers to show they approve of each campers attendance at the 2019 South Pacific Australia Teen Camp.
Registration will close on Sunday, 9 December 2018. Local ministry leaders will need to send a detailed list of registered campers and leaders (along with their forms) via email and complete the transfer of funds as per instructions.
We ask that each church pray and continue to announce this yearly event. We want to again iterate how excited we are to be hosting Teen Camp and cannot wait to draw closer to God together.

TRANSPORT

DOMESTIC
We ask all domestic ARRIVALS to fly into the GOLD COAST AIRPORT (OOL) by 230PM, 9 January 2019.
Buses will bring domestic attendees back to the GOLD COAST AIRPORT (OOL), where we ask everyone to organize DEPARTURE flights from 3PM or later, 14 January 2019

INTERNATIONAL
We have organized a separate bus for international ARRIVALS to leave from BRISBANE AIRPORT (BNE) by 230PM, 9 January 2019
A bus will bring international attendees back to BRISBANE AIRPORT (BNE), where each can organize DEPARTURE flights from 5PM or later, 14 January 2019

ALL GUESTS
Upon arrival at either terminal a member of our leadership will meet you and guide you to the buses. Please also ensure that your flight details (both ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE) have been passed along to your local leadership; they will in turn pass along those details to camp organizers.

EXPECTATIONS
We ask parents to discuss camp guidelines, along with their own expectations, regarding respect for those in authority and behaviour when following camp rules. We will go over all the 'Disciplinary Procedures' with campers upon their arrival at the event
DRESS CODE
- Shirts on while swimming
- No Sleeveless (Dropped armhole) Shirts - No AFL 'short' shorts, shorts must also sit around the waist |
- Modest swimwear (inc. swimming shorts)
- No spaghetti strap, strapless, or shirts that reveal mid-drift - No short shorts |
Note: If you are wearing any clothing not abiding by this list, while at camp, you will be asked to change into appropriate attire.
ELECTRONICS POLICY
The electronics policy for the camp will be to remove access (specifically mobile phones) for the entire duration of the camp. We would like to make clear that phones will always be available via leadership if needed for special circumstance.
Note: Electronic devices will be confiscated at the start of Teen Camp and returned before final departure
