Please complete the following form for each camper and parent attending the camp. Once you have completed the form give it to your Preteen Ministry leader/s with your proof of payment and they will pass along your details to finalise your registration.
Completed forms and payment are needed by or before 4 December 2022.

Cost for the camp will $250 for Campers and Parent/Guardians. Please transfer the total cost of those you are registering into the following bank account:

FLYING
We ask all arrivals to fly into the GOLD COAST AIRPORT (OOL) in the afternoon Wednesday 11 January. A shuttle service will collect you from the airport and bring you to the venue.
The shuttle service will bring attendees back to the GOLD COAST AIRPORT (OOL) around 12pm Saturday 14 January. We ask everyone to organize departure flights from 130PM or later.

DRIVING
If you are driving to Preteen Camp, please arrive at the venue between 4-5PM, Wednesday 11 January 2023. Pickup from the venue will be between 11-12PM, Saturday 14 January 2023.
